By making an enquiry or confirming a booking with Susanne After Dark, you agree to the following booking terms.

 

Booking Enquiries: Bookings are available by text message only. Please do not call.

 

When enquiring, please include:

 

Your preferred service

Incall or outcall

Preferred date and time

Duration

A current, clear face photo for screening

 

Incomplete enquiries may not receive a response.

 

All bookings are by enquiry only and are subject to availability and screening. Sending an enquiry does not guarantee that a booking will be accepted.

 

Age Requirement

 

All clients must be 18 years or older.

 

Valid identification such as a drivers licence or photo ID may be requested where age cannot reasonably be confirmed.

 

Screening

 

Screening is required before a booking can be accepted.

 

A current face photo is required and further screening information may be requested where necessary.

 

I reserve the right to decline any booking at my discretion and am not required to provide a reason.

 

Any information provided for screening is treated privately and is used only for safety and booking purposes.

 

Deposits & Confirmation

 

A deposit via PAYID/Osko is required to secure your booking.

 

Your appointment is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received and confirmation has been sent to you.

 

Please do not travel to the booking location until your booking has been formally confirmed.

 

Deposits are applied toward the total booking fee.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

 

Deposits are non-refundable where a client cancels, as the appointment time has been reserved specifically for you.

 

Where reasonable notice is provided, I may allow a deposit to be transferred to a rescheduled booking at my discretion.

 

Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in future bookings being declined.

 

If I need to cancel a confirmed booking, your deposit will either be refunded or transferred to another booking, depending on your preference.

 

Lateness

 

Please let me know as soon as possible if you are running late.

 

Your booking begins from the agreed appointment time. Late arrival does not automatically extend the booking, as another appointment or commitment may follow.

 

Significant lateness without communication may be treated as a cancellation.

 

Incall & Outcall

 

For incall bookings, location details are provided only after screening and confirmation.

 

For outcall bookings, please provide the suburb or location when enquiring.

 

Additional travel fees may apply depending on distance, travel time, parking, accommodation or other associated costs.

 

Services & Boundaries

 

Please read the Services & Rates page before booking.

 

Only services that have been discussed and agreed to are included in the booking.

 

A booking does not create an entitlement to any particular activity. Consent is ongoing and may be changed or withdrawn at any time by either person.

 

Requests outside my advertised services or personal boundaries may be declined.

 

Pressure, coercion, aggression, disrespect or repeated attempts to negotiate a stated boundary will result in the booking ending immediately without refund. 

 

Behaviour & Safety

 

I expect all bookings to be respectful, hygienic and mutually comfortable.

 

A booking may be refused or ended immediately if a client:

 

• Is aggressive, threatening or abusive

• Appears excessively intoxicated or impaired

• Provides false or misleading screening information

• Attempts to bring an additional person without prior agreement

• Secretly records, photographs or films

• Ignores safe sex requirements or agreed boundaries

• Engages in behaviour that makes me feel unsafe

 

Where a booking is ended because of client behaviour, no refund will be provided.

 

Privacy & Discretion

 

Your privacy is important to me.

 

Client information, messages and screening material are handled discreetly and are not shared except where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect someone’s safety.

 

Rates

 

Current rates are listed on the Services & Rates page.

 

Rates are not negotiable.

 

Any additional time, travel, extras or agreed additions to the booking must be paid at the applicable rate.

 

Final Note

 

Respect, communication and mutual consent make for the best experience.
